PLEASE NOTE:

After the photoshoot, you will get the number of edited images stated in the package of your choice (please visit carjstudio.com/pricelistuk )

The photos are SELECTED by the client from the preview gallery(not wedding pictures)

When the client gets the photos after the shoot, he/she IS NOT ABLE TO DO ANY EDITING (including filters/crop/exposure ext)

NO RAW/UNEDITED files will be provided in any circumstance.

High-resolution DIGITAL images including a tutorial on how to save them without losing quality will be sent via our gallery or USB stick(depending on the package)

Preview will be sent within a period of 3-4 weeks (from the session day, for standard shoots like portraits/family/love story/model test etc).

Mini session preview will be delivered in 10 days (from the day of the shoot)

Weddings and newborns(preview) - 8 weeks to 2 MONTHS(10 weeks)

EDITING TIME IS NOT INCLUDE A PERIOD OF TIME THE CLIENT IS SELECTING HIS FAVOURITES FROM THE PREVIEW GALLERY.

The preview gallery will be available for 3 months, if the client won't complete the selection for editing within this time frame, the gallery will be counted as unwanted. To re-upload the gallery we would charge another £50.

We start the editing process once the deposit is paid in full.
If the payment is not done in full within 1 month after the shoot(or 2 months after the wedding), we will delete your gallery as we can't store it forever.
We can offer you a speed editing service, work will be done within 2 weeks, it will cost an extra £300 for the session and £1000 for the wedding.

You can buy any additional EDITED photos for £25 each.
As we stick to minimal editing and love people being closer to REAL but still good and not overdone, we would like to remove acne/pimples/red spots from the face/body, etc.

But things like changing body shape, fixing hair, dress etc is something more advanced.
For this, we are providing a professional retouch service which could be done for £15/picture.
No discount could be given for any packages. If something happens from our side, WE can offer you some extra pictures from the gallery and the initiative should come from our side. But not in case the client claims them.

The client will receive a USB BOX AND PRINTS as a complement (after the first shoot with us, in the other cases you will receive a link to download your photos). *Not included in every package.

Once you decide to book with us, you agree that you are ABSOLUTELY HAPPY

with our vision, photography, editing style/colours

and agree that you've read everything on this page and confirm it by paying a deposit for your photoshoot/wedding.

WEBSITE/BUSINESS:
All photographs taken by our photographers are the property of CARJ studio.

After any other ASSOCIATE photographer/videographer has done his/her work for us and provided RAWs photos and footage to our

team, you agree that material also might be used as a part of our work representation.

For the avoidance of doubt, all copyright of the photographs is owned by CARJ studio within the provision of the Copyright, Design, and presents Act.

SITUATIONS:
-The photoshoot is officially booked once we receive a 50% amount as a pre-pay 50 pounds as a pre-pay for a mini session and are NOT refundable.

-A mini session is an offer for one person photoshoot, not a family/sibling. Please ask the photographer if you wish to include more people in this session.

BOOKING FEE aka PREPAY (50% of the amount of 50

pounds for the mini session) is NON-REFUNDABLE. It's ONLY refundable if the photographer cancels the shoot and no one from our team can photograph you. Other things like Corona lockdowns, and flight cancellation (if the client travels from somewhere) are not a photographer's fault.

-You can only use this money for a rescheduled session within 1 month or on an agreed date with a photographer in case if it's something urgent happens.

-GIFT CARDS are non-refundable in any circumstances.
You can only use it(have a photoshoot booked) BEFORE the date mentioned on your gift card. If the shoot is booked AFTER the date mentioned on a gift card-it's no longer usable and you have to pay for your photoshoot in full.

-In the case of the client arriving late, time is taken from the booked shooting time slot. Please note that you are not the only client and have to respect the photographer(s) and the next client’s time.

-The photoshoot is considered complete once the photographer states that he/she has enough shots to deliver the agreed number of photos to the client.

-We aim to make you feel comfortable at your photoshoot. We will get you to pose using techniques that will help get the best shots. However, if you feel unhappy or uncomfortable with any of the poses at any point in time, please let us know and you can choose how you wish to pose.

-If you have booked a location shoot, please be aware that arrangements may have to be changed at the last minute due to weather conditions.

-If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the photoshoot from taking place, we will either move to another agreed location on the day or simply rearrange for another date (travelling money won’t be refunded).

-If you had a photoshoot, preview gallery was sent within agreed time and pictures never been selected within 3 months after the shoot, we delete your folder as unwanted pictures no matter was it paid for the session or not.It's your own responsibility TO CHOOSE pictures within 2 months.
- All the pictures taken by CARJ studio team will be/might be published on our social media/our website.
If you would like us NOT to use pictures with you/your family/colleagues etc. on our website/social media it will count as a "custom package" and the price will grow by +50% for the photoshoot price or +100% for a wedding package price.
Please inform us about your decision once you are booking, in written form, NOT in words.

DELIVERY & USE:

Wedding photos will be delivered in 6-10 weeks after the wedding day.

If you wish to have certain shots captured please provide us with the shot list in advance within 2 weeks before the wedding day.

In case the shot list is not being provided, we base the shot list on our vision.

All the rights of the photos taken of the client belong to photographers/videographers, not to the client.
The client owns a copy of the photograph.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We start the editing process once we receive THE FULL PAYMENT.

The photographer won’t be arriving at the wedding unless a minimum of 50% of the deposit is paid

Travel+ Hotel stay(if needed) + COVID tests(if needed) + photo delivery costs are NOT included in the package.

The deposit MUST be paid in 3 steps:

-The booking fee 25% (the deposit - NOT REFUNDABLE)

-Three months before the wedding - 50% of the deposit

-The wedding day/week after the wedding day - remaining 25%

If you are postponing/changing the date of your wedding, you can still use 25%(from full price) out of your deposit to renew the booking with us.

COPYRIGHTS:

All photographs/video taken by CARJ studio photographers is the property of CARJ studio.

After any other ASSOCIATE photographer/videographer done his/her work for us and provides RAWs photos and footage to our

team, you agree that material also might be used as a part of our work representation.

All the rights of the photos taken of the client belong to photographers/videographers, not to the client.
The client owns a copy of the photograph.

WORKING WAYS:

We aim to make you feel comfortable at your photoshoot. We will get you to pose using techniques that will help get the best shots. If at any time you are unhappy or uncomfortable with any of the poses, please let us know and you can choose how you wish to pose.

The time of the package counts when the photographer(s) is/are present. Not during actual “photo-taking”.

The photographer should arrive a little bit earlier (15-30 minutes prior to the time they are supposed to be at the location)

We are not photographing people while they are eating.

Photographer(s) should be fed as a “guest”.

Photographer(s) are not drinking ANY alcohol during the wedding.

Photographer(s) from our team should be the ONLY photographer(s) at your wedding.

If the wedding finishes during the nighttime, please make sure that the photographer(s) can safely return to their hotel/have a sleeping place at your venue.
